Assets Price Correlation

This table shows the relationship between the price movements of two tokens. Correlation is measured on a scale from -1 to +1. If two tokens have a perfect positive correlation, they correlate +1: They will move similarly strongly in a shared direction. If two tokens are correlated -1, they are perfectly opposing; if you hold two assets with opposite correlation, the two tokens will move similarly strongly in different directions. The high correlation in a portfolio can indicate a concentration of risk, and tokens in the same sector often show a higher correlation, e.g., Meme Coins.

This table is especially important if you want to build a portfolio.
